As a teacher and a member of my community, I am expected to maintain a constant level of professionalism. Even when I leave my classroom, I remain a teacher. You never know when you could meet one of your students outside of the classroom.
I am well versed and comfortable with implementing the various theories of learning and current educational practices.
I work cooperatively with the teachers and parents that I come into contact with. As a professional, I am able to communicate my ideas and concerns with parents using a language that is both professional and caring. I am also able to collaborate with other teachers on the needs of individual students and school policy.
