In my fourth grade class at Winchell elementary, I began an online newsletter. This newsletter is produced and written almost entirely by the students.
Before a piece is published by a student reporter it must be drafted, revised, and edited by the student and myself. The end product that is published on the Internet is then an assessment of the student's knowledge and mastery of the writing process.
